Yes. During our initial call, we will discuss these details with you. They include four (4) monthly installments for the heritage packages or a one-time payment at a 20% discount. For parentage establishment, an optional hourly plan with monthly invoicing is available only after first selecting a prepayment option.

The first of four payments for heritage packages is due at the time of purchase with the remaining three payments paid using net 30 terms. An invoice for the second payment will be sent at the end of the month of purchase with payment expected by the 1^st of the month that follows the 30-day period. (e.g. Invoice sent by August 31 with payment due no later than September 1). The final two invoices will be sent to client at the end of each subsequent months.

In these instances, EGG will return forty percent (40%) of the difference in costs. The sixty percent (60%) retained represents a reasonable effort on the company’s behalf to establish prospective losses from limiting our undertakings of new tasks in order to allocate more resources to your project.

For example: If 100 hours was purchased at $5000, but it only took 60 hours to complete the task (valued at $3000), $800 will be returned to the client with $1200 remaining with the company.

No, a DNA test is completely optional and is not necessary for our process with exception to parentage establishment. However, the results of your DNA can create leads and research opportunities that will magnify your family tree and authenticate your heritage.

While your 23andMe test results could prove beneficial to our search and findings, AncestryDNA test results are needed to validate our genetic research. 23andMe test results are strongly recommended, but kits are not provided by EGG.

Affiliates of Elite Genetic Genealogy do not have to be clients. They can be marketers, bloggers, influencers or any partners interested in promoting the company. Affiliates receive a 15% commission for every individual package purchased by customers who list the affiliate as their source for company information. Client referrals are specifically for previous or existing customers who endorse EGG. These current and previous clients will receive a 20% commission for every package purchased by customers who mention this client by full name.

Yes. For $250, EGG will provide three (3) hours of analysis of your closest matches and also provide a technical report of findings.
