One of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s most trusted acquaintances and often referred to as his “bull in a china closet,” you aligned yourself with love. With unfettered joy, you philanthropically brought public awareness to intergenerational poverty beginning in 1971. As a result, millions of hungry and homeless have been fed and clothed.
